Our initiative focuses on addressing the unique challenges farmers face by collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and approaches that ensure accessible and effective mental health support for farmers. We aim to develop a network of services that support farmers’ well-being, contributing to local economies and fostering resilient rural communities. We do this by developing and adapting mental health programs that fit farm life, engaging with producer networks, and working with policymakers to create an environment where farm families, and thrive.

Where to find support?

Our network is farmer-led. We’re not here to tell you to get outside and get more sunshine or meditate when it comes to reducing your stress levels on the farm. We are here to build tangible tools and services tailored to your needs based on resources and tips from real farmers. We’re partnering with professionals across the province to get you the support you need when you need it most.
